Love trying new things and don’t mind getting your hands – well, chocolatey? In this hands-on experience, Lindsay Tarnoff of Laughing Gull Chocolates will demonstrate making chocolate ganache. Learn tips and tricks of the trade, including how to troubleshoot when your favorite food challenges you. Meanwhile, while the ganache is setting, journey through the story of chocolate, tasting a variety of unique chocolate samples! Finish the class by rolling and coating your very own truffles to take home with you. Experience for yourself why chocolate is the perfect combination of science, art, and delicious!

This workshop is for children and adults, 6 years old and up. A parent or guardian must accompany children under 16 and must also purchase a ticket for the program. All guests attending this workshop must purchase a ticket.
