Trudy Starr Quartley
Named Vice President for Finance and Facilities

at The Strong

The Strong is pleased to announce that Trudy Starr Quartley has been hired as its new vice president for finance and facilities. She brings nearly three decades of experience serving institutions of varying sizes and industry sectors, including both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations.

Before The Strong, Quartley served at Insero & Co. CPAs as a principal of the firm’s Outsource Consulting Division. Prior to that, she held chief financial officer positions at Home Leasing Corporation and Mercury Print Productions.  She is a graduate of St. John Fisher College, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA).

Quartley has served as a founding board member of the Bivona Child Advocacy Center, a board member of Pre-Trial Services, and as a committee member of the New York Branch of the National Center of Missing and Exploited Children. She is a past recipient of Rochester Business Journal’s Forty under 40 award.

 Quartley resides in the town of Perinton. She and her husband have four children.
