Enter the Best of the Brick Contest|
in Conjunction with LEGO® Castle Adventure
at The Strong Museum

Calling toy-brick builders of all ages! Take inspiration from the LEGO® Castle Adventure exhibit open at The Strong museum through February 1, 2015 and enter the Best of the Brick Contest. Create an original masterpiece from toy-building bricks—castles, buildings, landscapes, vehicles, and more—and upload a picture of it as a comment to one of the contest posts on The Strong’s Facebook page between January 5 and 16, 2015.

Winning designs—two from each of three age groups—will receive a $50 museum shops card. Museum officials will choose one winner per age group and fans will choose another in each group by liking their favorite photos. Winners may see their photo appear in museum publications, on the museum’s website, and on signage around the museum.

All submissions must be original; no kits, please. Mail or email entries will not be accepted. Full entry rules.

And don’t miss LEGO Castle Adventure School–Break Week at The Strong museum, Saturday, December 20 through Sunday, January 4. Try your hand at strategy games that have challenged people for centuries including Red Dragon, Nine Men’s Morris, puzzles, and an oversized game of chess. Then learn about life in the Middle Ages as you explore the LEGO Castle Adventure exhibit, where you can visit the royal castle, sit upon the king and queen’s thrones, explore the treasure room, test your knightly skills on the jousting field, examine how real castles were built and then construct your own, test the strength of a virtual castle with a catapult, and more.

All LEGO Castle Adventure and LEGO Castle Adventure School–Break Week activities are included with general museum admission fees.

LEGO Castle Adventure was created by The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis in conjunction with LEGO Systems, Inc.
