Mary Valentine

Mary Valentine—a museum trustee, long-time philanthropic supporter, and great friend to many at The Strong—sadly passed away recently at the age of 74. While many museum guests never had the chance to experience her bright smile, Mary has impacted everyone who has visited The Strong in one way or another.

The Strong launches Jerry Lawson: The Black Engineer and Entrepreneur Who Changed Video Games, an online exhibit, on Google Arts & Culture. Gerald “Jerry” Lawson changed the way we play by leading the creation of the video game cartridge and founding game developer company Video Soft.
