Complete this form to request a group visit to the museum. Submitting this form does not mean your group has been booked. Once we enter your reservation onto our calendar, you will receive an invoice via email within 4 business day. If you do not receive an invoice, contact us at info@museumofplay.org ASAP to ensure we received your request.

Please Note: We have very limited arrival times before 11 a.m. We will attempt to give you your first choice but some dates may be fully booked. Reservation requests must be made at least two weeks in advance of your visit date.

The museum is open until 5 p.m. Sunday through Thursday; 8 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.

Enrichments are only offered Monday through Friday, September through June.

Select from the options in the drop-down menu. Each activity is 45 minutes in length and has a maximum capacity of 30 students. If you have a large group, we will schedule multiple sessions. Very large groups may need to visit over multiple days.

Would you like to reserve a lunch room?(Required)

If a lunchroom is available, the museum will schedule your group for a 30 minute lunch. Lunchroom reservations are not available on weekends, holidays, or school break weeks.

How are you traveling to the museum?(Required)

The Strong Museum has a 900 space parking garage. The fee to park is $7 per vehicle. The garage cannot accommodate buses, there is limited bus parking off site.

Confirm Terms and Conditions of Group Visit(Required)

Full payment or purchase order must be received two weeks in advance of visit. Unpaid orders will be cancelled. Museum staff will reach out to me within two business days if there are any questions or conflicts, otherwise, a formal confirmation invoice will be emailed to me. All payments are non-refundable.
