Wave hello and snap a photo with Peter Rabbit from the Beatrix Potter classic at 11:30 a.m., 12:30, 1:30, and 2:30 p.m. Enjoy story readings of Peter Rabbit at select times and hop through Mr. McGregor’s play garden. Meet guinea pigs with 4-H (Sunday only) and stop by for a planting activity with Monroe County Master Gardeners Program (Saturday only).
Also, be sure to check out a fairy house presented by the Corn Hill Arts Festival and create your own. (The full festival takes place in Rochester on July 9 and 10, 2022.)
Become a champion for play and help make a difference in the lives of the children and families who play, learn, and grow with The Strong.
When children pretend, they’re using their imaginations to move beyond the bounds of reality. A stick can be a magic wand. A sock can be a puppet. A small child can be a superhero.
Visit a highly interactive, collections-based museum devoted to the history and exploration of play.
