Join The Strong and NTID’s Department of American Sign Language and Interpreter Education Program to celebrate Deaf Awareness Month in a special day of play for Deaf, DeafBlind, and Hard of Hearing individuals. The day includes ASL assistance at the admissions desk and free ASL tours of the Dancing Wings Butterfly Garden every hour from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. (General museum admission fees apply.)
ASL interpreters will be provided. Additional accommodations, such as DeafBlind requests, should be made by March 11 to Cathy DeBellis at cdebellis@museumofplay.org.
Visit a highly interactive, collections-based museum devoted to the history and exploration of play.
