Tots Halloween Party and Family Halloween Fun
at the National Museum of Play®
October 29 & 30
Witches, princesses, and superheroes of all ages are welcome! Don a spooky or creative costume and come to the National Museum of Play at the Strong for two Halloween parties: one especially for preschoolers and another for children of all ages.
The littlest ghosts and goblins will enjoy safe indoor trick-or-treating at the museum’s Tots Halloween Party, Friday, October 29, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Meet storybook favorites such as Little Red Riding Hood and Cinderella. Pick up a goody bag from Mother Goose and trick-or-treat for prizes. Dance to Halloween music, play games, and create fun crafts.
Everyone will enjoy the Family Halloween Party on Saturday, October 30, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Trick-or-treat with favorite storybook characters including Dorothy from The Wizard of Oz, Amelia Bedelia, and Robin Hood. Join in the Monster Mash and dance to other Halloween-inspired tunes. Play Ring Toss, get a temporary tattoo at the Tattoo Parlor, and see yourself in silly fun-house mirrors. Make Halloween crafts and decorate your treat bag.
The Tots Halloween Party and Family Halloween Party are included with general museum admission fees.
Located in downtown Rochester, New York, the National Museum of Play® at the Strong™, is the only museum in the world devoted solely to the study of play as it illuminates cultural history.
