Numbers League and Whimsical Art Trail Displays
at the National Museum of Play®
Only through May 20

Don’t miss the last chance to view two playfully inventive art displays at the National Museum of Play at The Strong® before they close on May 20:

  • Numbers League Superheroes:  Come say goodbye to Doctor Robot, Scientific Cyber Sister, Ferocious Feral Tiger, Bionic Digital Diva (pictured right), and other Numbers League friends before they depart for another universe. The colorful, life-size superheroes are designed by Rochester artist Chris Pallace, creator of Numbers League, a math-based superhero card game. Guests are invited to build their own cartoon superheroes, dress up with capes and other props, and pose for pictures with Pallace’s life-size superhero illustrations.
  • Whimsical Art Trail: Take a last walk along the Whimsical Art Trail featuring amazing glass flowers by artist Nancy Gong, brightly colored African animal illustrations by Ingrid Hess, imaginative “play scapes” made from discarded materials by David Carlson, and unique felted toys by Amy Brand. Pick up a trail guide when you arrive at the museum and discover these playful creations displayed throughout the galleries.

Numbers League Superheroes and the Whimsical Art Trail displays are included with general museum admission fees.
