Happiest Hour Returns
to The Strong® Museum
on April 26

ROCHESTER, NY—Happy hour just got happier. Adults age 21 and older are invited to attend an evening of 50s-themed fun during the Happiest Hour at The Strong museum on Wednesday, April 26 from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. All proceeds from this event support The Strong’s educational mission and community outreach programs.

Dress up in your favorite ‘50s outfit and get all shook up with Elvis impersonator Patrick Johnson, who brings his Vegas-style flair and high energy to interactive performances throughout the evening. Enjoy a sampling of bar-style snacks courtesy of Marshall Street Bar and Grill and cash bars featuring the local beers of Roc Brewing while exploring two floors of interactive exhibits, including the all-new Raceway Arcade. Challenge friends to the two-player Daytona USA and Mario Kart Arcade GP2, grab the wheel in the brand-new Cruisin’ Blast, and more.

The evening also features a grown-up foam dart battle courtesy of the Rochester Foam Dart League, and a dance party with DJ Naps from BreakThrough Entertainment. Pizza Hut and Taco Bell in The Strong's food court will be open until 9 p.m. Admission to Dancing Wings Butterfly Garden is only $3 per person during Happiest Hour. Entry to the garden ends at 8:40 p.m. The butterfly garden closes at 9 p.m.

Admission is limited to guests 21 years of age or older. Photo ID is required. Tickets are $17 and must be purchased in advance at museumofplay.org/happiest-hour. VIP packages are available for $150 and include four tickets to the Happiest Hour, private entry, 40 game tokens, a private table, and concierge food service. Ticket availability is limited. Ticket sales are final and not refundable. Bar is cash only. An ATM is available on site. Free parking is available in the museum lot on a first-come, first-served basis.

The event is made possible by The Strong Play Makers, a volunteer group of young professionals, and generous sponsors: Marshall Street Bar and Grill, Roc Brewing Co., Sugary Delights, Simon Business School, CITY Newspaper, Yelp Rochester, 98 PXY, Breakthrough Entertainment, and Rochester Foam Dart League. The event is presented by Mary Valentine, a longtime friend of The Strong.
