Discover a mythical world of creatures and characters during the Magic: The Gathering Workshop at The Strong museum on Saturday, March 14 from 2 to 5 p.m.
Children ages 10 to 15 can learn how to play the popular role-playing card game, which was recently inducted to the National Toy Hall of Fame, alongside experts from Just Games. Participants will take home a card deck of their own.
Tickets are $15 and available online. No experience is necessary. This program is intended for children ages 10 to 15. A parent or guardian must accompany child but will be free with child registration. Tickets are non-refundable.

Based in Rochester, Just Games is a community-focused game store carrying a wide range of role-playing, board, and card games and accessories.
Museum Hours: Monday–Thursday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Friday and Saturday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Sunday, noon to 5 p.m.

Parking: Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in the museum’s parking garage for $5 for non-members and free for current museum members through April 30. The garage can be accessed from Howell Street on the south side of the museum. Please note that, on high visitation days, the museum garage may reach capacity early in the day. If space is not available on site at the time of your visit, additional parking is available at neighboring municipal garages for a fee.
