Calling all adventurers! Fly in for The Lost World of Dragons Exhibit Opening Celebration at The Strong museum on Saturday, February 8 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday, February 9 from 1 to 4 p.m. Get up close to real-life creatures, encounter a dragon on an adventure, and more.
Meet real reptiles that have inspired stories about dragons with members of REPCO Wildlife Encounters. Create dragon crafts—such as a Chinese dragon spinner—and help fill the dragon’s hoard of treasure by catapulting foam balls into its treasure chest.
Then check out The Lost World of Dragons exhibit. Take pictures with moving dragons and hop into a dragon harness to soar on a virtual flight. Enter “Smaug’s Lair” and view his piles of gold and treasures. Explore the forge and alchemy laboratory, draw your own dragon, and more.
All The Lost World of Dragons Exhibit Opening Celebration activities are included with general museum admission fees. Programs underwritten by Delta Air Lines, the official airline of The Strong.
Museum Hours: Monday–Thursday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Friday and Saturday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Sunday, noon to 5 p.m.
