DESCRIPTION:Join The Strong National Museum of Play and Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) for a special evening of big-kid fun to celebrate and share the contributions of women\, BIPOC\, LGBTQIA+ communities\, people with a disability\, and other under-represented groups to the world of video games!    \nAt 6:15 p.m.\, gather in the Paychex Theater for micro presentations and a panel discussion with trailblazers from the video game industry.  \nThe event also includes:  \n\nMicro-talks from renowned women in the gaming industry. \n\n\nA panel discussion moderated by Perrin Kaplan\, the former vice president of Marketing and Corporate Affairs for Nintendo of America Inc.  \n\n\nComplimentary ‘gamer’ snacks and N/A beverages in Pixel Landing. \n\n\nExplore The Strong’s ESL Digital Worlds exhibits\, the new home of our Women in Games trail \n\n\nRegional game creators and developers onsite sharing their games. \n\n \nTickets are $20. Seating is limited. Tickets are nonrefundable.
