SUMMARY:National Native American Heritage Month Celebration
DESCRIPTION:Celebrate National Native American Heritage Month at The Strong! Join the museum in honoring the rich culture and history of Indigenous Americans. Stop by the Adams Atrium and view artifacts that highlight the ways Native Americans have contributed to the history of play\, craft a necklace resembling a corn cob\, and explore a special sensory bin. In the Play Lab\, create a beaded sunflower bracelet to take home! Head up to the High Score exhibit\, part of ESL Digital Worlds\, to play the game When Rivers Were Trails. (With more than 30 Indigenous contributors\, the game follows the journey of the Anishinaabeg from Minnesota to California.)
