Adults will also receive ideas and resources for creating a music-rich environment at home. All children must be accompanied by an adult\, and a ticket is required for both the child and accompanying adult. Space is limited. Please meet near the Butterfly Garden 10 minutes before your workshop start time. \nInstructor Zhilin Zhang is a PhD student in Music Education at the Eastman School of Music. She has trained in Orff\, Kodály\, and Gordon pedagogies\, and has taught Kindermusik for more than 5 years. Zhilin applies social-emotional learning and culturally responsive teaching in the classroom to help every child grow in music and feel seen and valued. \n \nThis program is made possible with the generous support of the Guido & Ellen Palma Foundation. \nThis event occurs at both 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.
