    Making American Music: 1940s Radio Show

    Celebrate the can-do attitude, faith, and perseverence of the American people during World War II. Performed in the style of a 1940's weekly radio broadcast, this show features skits, "commercials," and popular patriotic songs including "The Star Spangled Banner" and timeless tunes such as "Huggin' and a Chalkin'" and "Deep Purple." Tickets: $19 nonmember, $16 member.

    Hands-on interactives and computer-based activities reveal how video game developers, music producers, roller coaster designers, and others use math to do amazing things. During opening weekend, prepare to be blown away by Tim Fort, the Kinetic King, who reached celebrity status with five appearances on “America’s Got Talent” for his kinetic, chain-reaction, exploding Popsicle stick creations.
