Back by popular demand! Real-world math in a real fun setting gives your students a chance to play with math skills they’ve worked on at school. Students estimate distances, calculate odds, and multiply and divide to create their own mathematical curiosities. Embedded in exhibits throughout the museum, these activities are designed to offer a range of skill level challenges that students can self select. Mini math notebooks will be used for students to show their work and continue problem solving back at school.

Mother Goose is on the loose during this fabulously funny theme day based on a crazy combination of favorite stories from Mother Goose and the nonsense genre of children’s literature. Help Mother Goose and other characters problem solve some whacky situations such as what’s up with Mrs. Piggle-Wiggle’s upside-down house and how did Amelia Bedelia mistake a flower for flour in the Super Kids Market? Throughout the museum, your students will have fun with role-play and word-play, crafts and creations, as they help put some sense back into a whole lot of nonsense.
