“Growing Up Harley-Davidson”
at The Strong® Museum
Join author Jean Davidson, granddaughter of Harley-Davidson co-founder Walter Davidson, for a special ticketed event for adults at “Growing Up Harley-Davidson” at The Strong museum on Friday, January 20, at 7 p.m. Hear about Davidson’s experiences and receive an exclusive look into one of the most famous families in motorcycle history.
After years of gathering personal family stories and photographs, Davidson recounts her childhood experiences, how she owned the largest Harley-Davidson dealership in Wisconsin, and her memories of meeting world famous racers, such as Evil Knievel. Davidson, who is the author of books such as Riding Back in Time on My Daddy’s Harley-Davidson and Harley-Davidson Family Memories, has presented her story across the nation, including at Harley-Davidson state rallies, motorcycle dealerships, historic societies, and museums. After the talk, enjoy an exclusive meet-and-greet opportunity with Davidson at a reception with light hors d'oeuvres presented by Marshall Street Bar and Grill.
The program ticket is $15 per person. The program ticket with general admission to the museum on Friday evening after 4 p.m. is $20 per person.
