"A Birthday in Bear Country” Party

• Berenstain Bears-themed banners

• A craft for each child guest created at the beginning of the party
• A 20-minute experience in the Berenstain Bears exhibit (other museum
guests may be in the exhibit at the same time)
• For an additional $25 fee, you may enjoy exclusive use of the
Berenstain Bears exhibit, as well as 30 minutes of exclusive use of
one other museum exhibit
 

Dancing Wings Butterfly Garden® Party: $425*

All classic party benefits plus:
• Use of a private decorated party room for a total of 2 hours
• One ride on both the train and carousel
• Butterfly-themed decorations and paper goods
• A 20-minute experience in the Dancing Wings Butterfly Garden for up to
20 party guests (other museum guests may be in the garden at
the same time)
• For an additional $25 fee, you may enjoy exclusive use of the butterfly
garden, including a butterfly release, as well as 30 minutes of exclusive use
of one other museum exhibit

Party Package Add-ons

• Additional guests may be added for $15 per child and $10 per adult
• Costume character visits may be added for an additional fee of $49.
A Berenstain Bear–either Mama, Papa, Brother or Sister–can join the
party, providing an exclusive 20-minute appearance for your guests.
• Exclusive use of exhibits is available only before the museum
opens to the public or after the museum closes to the public.
These options are available only with parties that are scheduled
accordingly. You may add 30 minutes of exclusive use of one museum
exhibit for an additional fee of $25. Dancing Wings Butterfly Garden is
not available for exclusive use unless the Dancing Wings Butterfly
Garden Party is selected.
• Face painting may be added for $25, plus $2.50 per child for
parties with more than 10 child party guests.
 

General Information

• Birthday parties may be scheduled to begin:
Monday through Friday, between 4 and 5 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday at 10 a.m., 1:30 p.m. or 5 p.m.
• Birthday party reservations may be made up to 6 months in advance
but must be made at least 2 weeks in advance of the day of the party.
• All parties require a 50% non-refundable deposit to be paid within
one week of booking, with the balance payable the day of the party.

* Price for Strong members. Nonmembers, please add $50 to each
party package, or become a museum member ($94 annual fee for
Family and Grandparent) and enjoy the reduced party pricing plus
unlimited museum admission all year long.
