The Toy Hall of Fame Party ($275)

• Use of a private decorated party room for 1½ hours
• Two museum hosts to facilitate the party
• A birthday T-shirt for the birthday child
• A gift bag containing favors for each child party guest
• A ride on the train or carousel for each party guest during the party
• Host-led toy-themed games and activities in the party room
• Pizza, juice, ice cream, and cupcakes (or cake)
• Museum admission for the birthday child, 9 child party guests, and 10 accompanying adults for the entire day of the birthday party

The Fairy Tale Party ($350) or

"All Aboard!" Train Party ($350) or

Berenstain Bears Party ($350)

• Use of a private decorated party room for 2 hours
• Themed decorations and paper goods (princess or knight theme available for Fairy Tale Party)
• Two museum hosts to facilitate the party
• A birthday T-shirt for the birthday child
• A gift bag containing favors for each child party guest
• A ride on the train and carousel for each party guest during the party
• Host-led themed games and activities in the party room
• Pizza, juice, ice cream, and cupcakes (or cake)
• Museum admission for the birthday child, 9 child party guests, and 10 accompanying adults for the entire day of the birthday party

The Dancing Wings Butterfly Garden® Party ($425)

• Use of a private decorated party room for 2 hours
• Butterfly-themed or bug-themed decorations and paper goods
• Two museum hosts to facilitate the party
• A birthday T-shirt for the birthday child
• A gift bag containing favors for each child party guest
• A ride on the train and carousel for each party guest during the party
• A 20-minute experience in the Dancing Wings Butterfly Garden® for up to 20 party guests (other museum guests may be in the garden at the same time)
• Pizza, juice, ice cream, and cupcakes (or cake)
• Museum admission for the birthday child, 9 child party guests, and 10 accompanying adults for the entire day of the birthday party

Additional Guests

You may add additional child guests to a party for $15 each; additional adult guests are $10 each.

Exclusive Use of Exhibits

Exclusive use of exhibits is available only before the museum opens to the public or after the museum closes to the public. These options are available only with parties that are scheduled accordingly. You may add 30 minutes of exclusive use of one museum exhibit for an additional fee of $70.

Dancing Wings Butterfly Garden is not available for exclusive use unless the Dancing Wings Butterfly Garden Party is selected. The Dancing Wings Butterfly Garden Party includes a 20-minute nonexclusive experience in the butterfly garden. However, for an additional $70 fee, you may enjoy exclusive use of the butterfly garden, including a butterfly release, as well as 30 minutes of exclusive use of one other museum exhibit.

General Information

Birthday parties may be scheduled to begin between the hours of:
Monday through Friday, 4 to 6 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Birthday party reservations may be made up to 6 months in advance but must be made at least 3 weeks in advance of the day of the party.

All parties require a 50% non-refundable deposit to be paid within one week of bookings, with the balance payable the day of the party.
