Literature Live Weekends Continue
at the National Museum of Play® at The Strong®

The National Museum of Play at The Strong announces the line-up of its ongoing Literature Live Weekends series. Popular literary characters jump off the pages of your favorite books and into the National Museum of Play on select Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 5 pm. and Sundays from 1 to 5 p.m. to meet, greet, and pose for pictures with museum guests.

Check out a book from the Literature Live book cart and continue the experience at home! Don’t have a Monroe County library card? Area residents can apply for one at the museum’s Gelser Library (a mini-branch of the Monroe County Library System).

On the Literature Live Weekends schedule:

January 28 & 29: Spot, author Eric Hill’s beloved storybook pooch.

February 4 & 5: Mama Bear, from the Berenstain Bears books.

March 10 & 11: Mouse, from If You Give A Mouse A Cookie!

March 17 & 18: Max, from the Max and Ruby series.

March 31 & April 1: Sister Bear, from the Berenstain Bears books.
