Family Halloween Parties at the National Museum of Play®
October 29 & 30
Tots Halloween Party October 31
Calling ghosts, ghouls, and goblins of all ages! Don a spooky or creative costume and come to the National Museum of Play at The Strong® for two Halloween parties: a weekend family party and a weekday party especially for preschoolers.
All witches, princesses, and comic book heroes are invited to the Family Halloween Party on Saturday, October 29 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and on Sunday, October 30 from noon to 4 p.m. Trick-or-treat for goodies and gold coins with favorite storybook characters such as Rapunzel, Little Red Riding Hood, Cinderella, and Puss in Boots, along with swashbuckling pirates and mysterious wizards. For those brave enough, visit the Rogue’s Gallery and meet literature’s more devious characters, such as Captain Hook, the Big Bad Wolf, The Queen of Hearts, and the Wicked Witch.
Win prizes at the Pirate’s Treasure Chest, and join in the Monster Mash and Halloween-inspired dances. Play ghostly games, get a temporary tattoo at the Tattoo Parlor, see yourself in silly fun-house mirrors, and make Halloween crafts.
The littlest ghosts and goblins will enjoy safe indoor trick-or-treating at the National Museum of Play’s Tots Halloween Party, Monday, October 31 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Come in costume, meet storybook favorites, dance to Halloween music, play games, and create fun crafts.
