"Don't you laugh at him at all! Odd Ogg plays ball!"

I'm 20, so I have never seen a real one, but I've heard so many stories from my mom about him. He seems like he was such a cool toy!

I just posted status on my facebook that said that Odd Ogg was one of my all-time favorite Christmas presents. He was a joint present to my brother and me. He still resides at my parents' house.

I got Odd Ogg for Christmas when I was 9 and I loved him. I cannot remember what happened to him, but I wish I still had him.

My brothers and I had one. My twin brother (we're now 56) found one on the Internet about a year ago (think he paid about $150 -- memories don't come cheap) -- it was his favorite toy as a child, and it used to frighten our toddler neice.

I asked for and received an Odd Ogg for Christmas when I was 6 or 7. I thought it was great and pretty much wore it out. As I did with all my toys when they stopped working, I performed surgery, but back then I was good only at disassembling, not fixing them. I'm sure it was heaved into the trash at some point. However, pictures (black and white, of course) remained and about five years ago my sister and brother-in-law found one in an antique store and bought it for me. That one didn't work, either, but I'm a little better at repairing stuff nowadays, which I did. It now comes out for each Christmas get-together so we can (ostensibly) introduce it to the young kids; in reality, they become bored with it quickly but the parents don't!
