All Aboard for The U.S. of Play!
Now on View at Strong National Museum of Play®

See the many wonders of the United States without leaving Rochester: visit The U.S. of Play, a new exhibit located in the Train Yard adjacent to the Strong Express Train.

Iconic 3-D objects pop out of each of the states outlined in a huge wall map of the nation that measures 25 feet wide by 14 feet high. The Statue of Liberty holds her famous torch over New York, a thoroughbred race horse gallops across Kentucky, and a friendly lobster waves hello from Maine. Guests will have fun identifying the many playful 3-D objects that represent each state. And kids will enjoy pretending that they are chugging across the country at an interactive train activity that allows them to guide trains on tracks over bridges, through tunnels, and past trees and mountains.

Guests can also enjoy a glimpse of train travel in times gone by at an adjacent display containing dozens of examples of historic model trains as well as model passenger figures, cattle figures, and other vintage train accessories.

The U.S. of Play is a long-term exhibit produced by Strong National Museum of Play and is included with regular museum admission fees.

Adults $9.00; Seniors $8.00; Children (2–17) $7.00; Children younger than two free; Strong members free.

General Admission fee plus $3.00 per person for members and nonmembers; Children younger than two free.
