Kids’ Jazz Concerts
at Strong National Museum of Play®

Enjoy free Kids’ Jazz concerts on Thursday, June 14; Friday, June 15; and Saturday, June 16 from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. each day at Strong National Museum of Play® in conjunction with the Rochester International Jazz Festival. Details follow:
Bebop for Babies (and Big Kids, Too!)

Jeannette Lambert and her quartet perform jazzy versions of classic children’s songs. They’ll have kids and adults bopping along to the jazz swing of well-known melodies. Groove to “Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star,” “I’ve Been Working on the Railroad,” and more.
Layah Jane
Saturday, June 16
4:00–5:00 p.m. (Free)
One of Toronto’s finest vocalists, Layah Jane sings sweet stylings of her poetic lyrics in a beautiful, soft voice. Her sound, reminiscent of Joni Mitchell, lulls the youngest listeners and entrances older ones.
Concerts are free to all, on a first-come, first-served basis. No museum admission fee will be charged. Theater doors open at 3:30 p.m.
