Monday Kicks for Ages 2 to 6
Fall 2007 Schedule
at Strong National Museum of Play®

Enjoy playful learning activities with your child at Strong National Museum of Play’s Monday Kicks for Ages 2 to 6 series. Designed by Strong educators, this series helps parents teach little ones important skills through play. Programs take place from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. one Monday a month. Upcoming programs include:

Monday, October 22—Build with Bob:
Meet Bob the Builder™ “in person” and build like he does! Build with blocks, tools, and trucks in the Construction Zone. Build on stories when we read aloud together. Create a dance by building on music and movement. Design a collage from cool art materials.

Monday, November 19—Frolic with Fish:
Go on a fish hunt near the museum’s aquarium tanks and learn about snorkeling. Hear fishy tales, create a fish bowl, and work with others to make a Yellow Submarine.

Monday, December 10—Light and Shadow:
What lights you up? Enjoy puppet shows by Marabeth Nally at 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Then make your own puppet and put on a show. Build block structures on light tables, enjoy music and movement, and hear stories of the sun and moon.



All Monday Kicks programs are included with general museum admission fees.

Regular Hours:
Monday–Thursday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.;
Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Sunday, 12:00 noon to 5:00 p.m.
Admission Fees:
General Admission (does not include Dancing Wings Butterfly Garden™):
Adults $9.00; Seniors $8.00; Children (2–17) $7.00; Children younger than two free; Strong members free.
Admission to Dancing Wings Butterfly Garden™:
General Admission fee plus $3.00 per person for members and nonmembers; Children younger than two free.
Due to limited capacity, entry to Dancing Wings Butterfly Garden™ is by timed tickets only. Advance purchase is recommended. Please call 585-263-2700 to purchase timed tickets.
