Family memberships cover up to two named adults and dependent children (age 17 and younger) residing at one address.
Grandparent memberships cover up to two named grandparents residing at one address and all grandchildren (age 17 and younger).

How do I purchase a membership?
There are four easy ways you can purchase or renew a National Museum of Play membership for your family or to give as a gift to another family:

- Visit the museum admissions desk (for quicker service, bring your renewal notice or print and fill-out an application before coming to the museum);
- Call the museum at 585-263-2700 Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.;

Terms and Conditions of Membership
Membership is valid for one year from the month of purchase, is intended for use by one household, and is non-refundable and non-transferable. Two households may not share a membership. Photo ID is required with membership cards each time you visit the museum. Membership fees and benefits are subject to change without notice. Membership card reprints will incur a $5 processing fee.
Membership is a revocable license for the member and permitted guests. The member and permitted guests are subject to the rules and regulations of The Strong (the museum). The museum reserves the right to expel from the premises any guest and/or revoke the membership, without refund, of any member where the presence or conduct of the member or guest is deemed objectionable as determined by the museum in its sole discretion, or who fails to comply with any and all security measures and applicable laws.
